Four Days of Advance Polls Begins

EDMONTON – Advance Polls in each of the four electoral divisions: Calgary-Elbow; Calgary-Foothills; Calgary-West; and Edmonton-Whitemud begin today, Wednesday, October 22 and are available through Saturday, October 25, 2014. All Alberta electors resident in these Electoral Divisions can vote at Advance Poll locations from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Advance Poll locations are printed on Notice of Voter Registration Cards sent to all registered electors. Process for Release of Information Relating to Investigation Into Campaign Contributions

Brian Fjeldheim concluded his investigation into allegations that a $430,000 contribution was made during the April 2012 general election campaign, in violation of the Election Finances and Contributions Disclosure Act (the Act).
