If the Election Commissioner refuses to conduct an investigation, the complainant or the subject of the complaint can ask the Election Commissioner to post their reasons for refusal on the Elections Alberta website.
Similarly, once an investigation is complete, either the subject of the complaint or the complainant can ask the Election Commissioner to post the outcome of the investigation on the Elections Alberta website.
