Current Recall Petitions
Recall is a process to remove a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from office between elections by collecting sufficient signatures in the Member’s electoral division.
The following recall petitions are approved and in progress:

*Elections Alberta publishes the member’s statement on our website as received in accordance with section 3.2(1)(b) of the Recall Act. Following an election, each registered party and each independent MLA receives a copy of the List of Electors under section 18 of the Election Act for uses specified in sections 19 and 20 of the Election Act. The List of Electors does indicate whether electors voted in the last election, but it does not indicate who electors voted for. Elections Alberta does not record who people vote for.
